Children

Our Children’s Ministry is a major focus in our congregation. Our goal is to help children come to know Jesus, grow in their relationship with Jesus, and show Jesus to the world.

  • On Sunday mornings we offer Sunday School classes for children age 2 and up beginning at 9:45 am. The preschool (ages 2-kindergarten)  and Elementary (1st-5th grade) classes begin with a 10-12 minute opening in the sanctuary that includes a worship song, memory verse, and Bible story.

  • We also have various events and activities for children and their families throughout the year, including Vacation Bible School every June. Keep an eye on the church calendar or the Messiah Messenger for more details as those events draw closer.

The safety of our children is of the utmost concern to us.  All of our volunteers submit to a background check and undergo training.  Policies and procedures are set in place for the safety and protection of all our members, from the very youngest baby to our senior adults.
